It’s Brilliant! The Human Rights Court’s
ruled that Switzerland has to abort
its fossil fuel plans,
just as fast as it can:
so give thanks for those women who fought.
News item BBC 9th April 2024 - A group of older Swiss women have won the first ever climate case victory in the European Court of Human Rights. This judgement affects all member states of the EU and there is no right of appeal. The women are of the older generation, all over 70. But read the full news item at
